1. الخدمة
منجز منصة بتوصّلك بالمطاعم والمتاجر وبالمناديب، عشان توصلك طلباتك، أو تشتري لك حاجة من أي مكان، أو توصّل طردك. المنتجات نفسها بيقدمها المتجر، وهو المسؤول عن جودتها وتجهيزها.
2. الحساب
- بتسجّل برقم موبايلك ورمز تحقق. لازم البيانات اللي بتدخلها تكون صحيحة ومحدثة.
- انت مسؤول عن أي استخدام لحسابك، وماينفعش تشاركه مع حد تاني.
- الخدمة مش موجهة للأطفال أقل من 13 سنة، والتسجيل كمندوب للبالغين قانونيًا بس.
- ممكن نوقف أو نقفل أي حساب بيخالف الشروط دي أو بيسيء استخدام الخدمة.
3. الطلبات والأسعار
- أسعار المنتجات بيحددها المتجر، ورسوم التوصيل بتظهر لك قبل ما تأكد الطلب.
- في "اطلب أي حاجة"، المندوب بيشتري اللي طلبته وبتدفع تمن المشتريات الفعلي مع رسوم التوصيل.
- الدفع حاليًا كاش للمندوب عند الاستلام.
- تقدر تلغي الطلب من التطبيق طالما حالته بتسمح بالإلغاء. بعد ما المتجر يجهّز الطلب أو المندوب يشتري حاجتك، ممكن الإلغاء ميبقاش متاح.
- مدة التوصيل المعروضة تقديرية، وممكن تتأثر بالزحمة أو الجو أو تجهيز المتجر.
4. الطرود والممنوعات
ممنوع تطلب أو تبعت من خلال منجز:
- أي حاجة ممنوعة قانونًا، زي المخدرات والسلاح والذخيرة.
- المواد الخطرة أو القابلة للاشتعال أو الانفجار.
- الفلوس الكاش والمجوهرات والأشياء الثمينة جدًا.
- الحيوانات، والأدوية اللي محتاجة روشتة من غير روشتة سليمة.
انت مسؤول إن وصف الطرد صحيح وإنه متغلف كويس. المندوب من حقه يرفض أي طرد مخالف أو مش آمن.
5. التعامل
اتعامل باحترام مع المناديب والمتاجر وفريقنا. ممنوع الإساءة أو التحرش أو التهديد في الشات أو التقييمات أو وجهًا لوجه، وممنوع استخدام الخدمة في أي غرض غير قانوني أو احتيالي.
6. شروط إضافية للمناديب
- لازم تقدم مستندات صحيحة وسارية: البطاقة الشخصية، ورخصة القيادة ورخصة المركبة لو بتستخدم مركبة، وصحيفة الحالة الجنائية. الحساب بيتفعل بعد مراجعتها.
- لازم تلتزم بقوانين المرور وتحافظ على الطلبات لحد ما تسلّمها.
- النقدية اللي بتحصّلها من العملاء لازم تتورد للمكتب حسب التسويات المسجلة في التطبيق.
7. حدود المسؤولية
بنعمل اللي علينا عشان الخدمة تشتغل كويس ومن غير انقطاع، لكن مش بنضمن إنها هتكون متاحة طول الوقت. في حدود ما يسمح بيه القانون، منجز مش مسؤولة عن أي خسارة غير مباشرة، ومسؤوليتنا عن أي طلب مش هتعدي قيمة الطلب ده. ده مش بيأثر على حقوقك اللي القانون بيضمنها كمستهلك.
8. الملكية الفكرية
اسم منجز وشعارها وتصميم التطبيقات ملك لينا. ماينفعش تنسخها أو تستخدمها من غير إذن مكتوب.
9. الخصوصية
استخدامنا لبياناتك موضح في سياسة الخصوصية، وتقدر تحذف حسابك في أي وقت من صفحة حذف الحساب.
10. التعديلات والقانون
ممكن نعدّل الشروط دي، وهنحدّث تاريخ "آخر تحديث" فوق. استمرارك في استخدام الخدمة بعد التعديل معناه إنك موافق عليه. الشروط دي بتخضع لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية.
1. The service
Mongez is a platform that connects you with restaurants, stores and couriers to deliver your orders, buy things for you from anywhere, or deliver your parcels. Products are supplied by the store, which is responsible for their quality and preparation.
2. Your account
- You sign up with your mobile number and a verification code. The information you provide must be accurate and up to date.
- You are responsible for all use of your account and must not share it.
- The service is not directed to children under 13, and courier registration is for legal adults only.
- We may suspend or close any account that breaches these terms or abuses the service.
3. Orders and prices
- Product prices are set by the store; the delivery fee is shown before you confirm.
- For "Order anything", the courier buys what you asked for and you pay the actual cost of the items plus the delivery fee.
- Payment is currently cash to the courier on delivery.
- You can cancel from the app while the order status allows it. Once the store has prepared the order or the courier has bought your items, cancellation may no longer be available.
- Delivery times shown are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather or store preparation.
4. Parcels and prohibited items
You may not order or send through Mongez:
- Anything illegal, such as drugs, weapons or ammunition.
- Hazardous, flammable or explosive materials.
- Cash, jewellery or very high-value items.
- Animals, or prescription medicines without a valid prescription.
You are responsible for describing the parcel accurately and packing it properly. The courier may refuse any parcel that is prohibited or unsafe.
5. Conduct
Treat couriers, stores and our team with respect. Abuse, harassment or threats in chat, ratings or in person are not allowed, nor is any illegal or fraudulent use of the service.
6. Additional terms for couriers
- You must provide valid documents: national ID, driving and vehicle licences if you use a vehicle, and a criminal record certificate. Your account is activated after review.
- You must obey traffic laws and keep orders safe until delivered.
- Cash collected from customers must be handed over to the office according to the settlements recorded in the app.
7. Limitation of liability
We work to keep the service running well, but do not guarantee it will always be available. To the extent permitted by law, Mongez is not liable for indirect losses, and our liability for any order will not exceed the value of that order. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
8. Intellectual property
The Mongez name, logo and app designs belong to us and may not be copied or used without written permission.
9. Privacy
How we use your data is explained in the Privacy Policy. You can delete your account at any time from the Delete account page.
10. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms and will change the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
